The content of the matharikoumodels.gr website (ISO 27001-Certification), hereinafter called site for brevity, was developed by, belongs to and is managed by Mrs. Evangelia (Guelly) Matharikou, daughter of Alexander (14 Webster St., Municipality of Athens, Zip Code 11742, TRN: 040035829) for the sole proprietorship thereof by the trading name “Diafimistiko Frontistirion”, and the limited partnership “MATHARIKOU MODELS KIDS E. Matharikou L.P.”, trading name “MATHARIKOU MODEL KIDS”, Modeling Agency and Advertising Support Services (13 Laskou St., Municipality of Philotei-Psychiko, Zip Code 15452, TRN : 800790020). For brevity, both undertakings are hereinafter called MATHARIKOU MODELS KIDS.
The matharikoumodels.gr site aims to provide information to potential and current clients, suppliers, i.e. minor, adult or family models/actors, production, advertising, casting, etc. firms, and to collect data in order to provide services of selection, profiling, representation, identifying and proposing projects for co-operation, in accordance with the terms of the “Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy” (Privacy Notice) posted on the site.
1. General information.
The use of the site is governed by the present general terms of use which all visitors/users should read carefully as by using the site they unreservedly accept these terms in their totality. In case users disagree with the present terms, they should NOT USE the site, otherwise they shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in their totality. We reserve the right to revise the present terms of use at any time and on whatever grounds without prior notice or obligation. Users must regularly consult said terms in order to be informed of any changes. By continuing to use the site, users shall be deemed to have accepted the modified terms and conditions of use. Otherwise, they should desist from using it. The information and services provided here are exclusively meant for adult audiences. We bear no liability if minors, of their own accord, use any services that may be considered to be unsuitable for them.
2. Content-Liability.
Information, content as a whole and services are provided “AS IS”. We use our best endeavours so that the site’s information and content as a whole are characterized by maximum accuracy, clarity, integrity and availability without being able to warrant that they shall be so, hence without assuming any liability for it. Respectively, all visitors/users should accept that they should assess the content and are responsible for any risks that may arise from the use of content, including any decision to rely on the correctness, integrity, validity or/and usefulness of it without prior personal communication. Under no circumstances, including negligence, do we assume any liability for damage incurred by users due to or as a result of using the site. Users accept that they use the site at their own risk and that none of the persons involved in the creation, production or editing of the site are in any way liable. All users must cater to their own protection (antivirus software, virus scanner or other protection systems) prior to using or storing information, software or content on their devices.
3. Intellectual and industrial property rights.
The mark and the totality of content, including but not limited to, software, texts, names, trademarks, logos, graphics, imaging, photos, video or sound files or audiovisual material in general, and all types of files, with the exception of expressly recognized third party rights, are our property and governed by the effective (national and international) laws on Intellectual & Industrial Property. Therefore, without our prior express consent, without using the access credentials we provide, it is expressly prohibited to reproduce, republish, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, edit, execute, “download”, translate or modify content in any manner or by any medium whatsoever either in whole or in part or in summary form. Users accept that everything the site contains is a protected sign or product of intellectual property belonging either to us or to third parties (who have granted licenses); hence any unauthorized use by any of the aforementioned means may give rise to penalties or fines or compensation.
4. Illegal or undue conduct.
a. Users must comply with the provisions of Greek, European and International Law, on the one hand, and refrain from all illegal or abusive use of the content and services, on the other hand. Any damage incurred due to misuse or illicit use of the site’s relevant services falls under the sole responsibility of users.
b. Users are not allowed to publish, transmit, post or in any way display obscene, desecrating, defamatory, insulting, intimidating, threatening, illegal pornographic or other material that could constitute (or incite to) conduct that could be characterized as a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability or otherwise infringe any legal rule.
5. Linking to other sites.
Users hereby declare that they acknowledge and accept that we have neither the obligation nor the ability to control the security and content of webpages or business services for which external links are provided connecting to other webpages. We reserve the right to interrupt the use of the foregoing at any time as we may think fit.
6. Personal data.
The management and protection of Personal Data pertaining to users or to our audience are subject to the terms of the present article as well as the terms of the “Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy” (“Privacy Notice”) posted at matharikoumodels.gr which apply in common and which all users are obliged to read.
7. Cookies.

8. Applicable law.
a. The present TERMS OF USE are governed by the provisions of Greek Law and the Directives and Regulations of European Law and construed according to the principles of good faith and trade usage. Particularly as regards the management of personal data of the site’s visitors/users and the terms and conditions of use of “cookies” as described in the terms of the “Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy” (“Privacy Notice”) posted on the site, they are governed by the effective provisions on security and protection of personal data, i.e. Regulation (EE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27th April 2016 “on the protection of natural persons from the processing of such data” or GDPR, as commonly referred to, the respective transposition Act 4624/2019, Act 3471/2006, Protection of personal data and privacy in the area of electronic communications and amendment of Act 2472/1997, as well as the relevant decisions of responsible authorities and officials, as currently effective.
b. Should any term be found to be incompatible with the law, hence void or voidable, it ceases to be effective automatically (if not substituted by a valid one) without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms. The Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the present terms or the construction thereof (as per express prorogation of any other jurisdiction).
