The commencement of the collaboration with the Agency is carried out through the completion of specific procedures, which include the preparation of the individual’s (child’s/adult’s) presentation file, their training and orientation, as well as the necessary processes for their integration into the field. The initiation of these services is confirmed via bank payment and constitutes evidence of acceptance of the terms of collaboration.

As the collaboration is based on services that are activated immediately and include personalized provisions, refunds are not possible for services that have already commenced or been completed. Payments related to the activation of the agreement are considered final and non-refundable.
